Sreenivasan, Kunchacko Boban, Rahman and Vineeth Sreenivasan are teaming up in the movie, Traffic,directs by Rajesh Pillai. The film produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames, has Ramya Nambeeshan, Lena, Sandhya as heroines. Asif Ali, Saikumar, Vijayakumar, Jose Prakash, Prem Prakash, Premjith Lal, Balaji, Rony, Reena Basheer are other actors in the film. Traffic tells the story of different individuals who are unknown to each other. While Sreenivasan plays the character of traffic constable, Kunchacko Boban is Dr Ebin and Vineeth Sreenivasan is a trainee journalist. The script of the film is by Bobby Sanjay. P Sukumar weilds camera. The songs are composed by Mejo Joseph to the lines framed by Gopakumar and Jyothis.

After the superhit 'Makante Achan', Sreenivasan and his singer-actor son Vineeth is once again coming together for a film. Titled as "Traffic", the movie will be directed by the youngster Rajesh R Pillai. The director, whose debut film 'Hridayathil Sookshikkan' with Kunchako Boban was a non starter, will resort to inspiring scripts of Bobby -Sanjay for 'Traffic'.
The movie will have Sreenivasan, Kunchakko Bobban,Rahman, Asif Ali and Vineeth Sreenivasan as the five lead protagonists whose stories are narrated through the sequences. The five-men will be appearing as a traffic police constable(Sudevan),a doctor (Dr.Abel Tharyan), a film star(Siddharth), a college student(Rajeev) and a journalist(Raihan) respectively, who accidentally gets to meet at a traffic island. This meeting is all set to change the lives of all and how this happens will form the crux of "Traffic".
Traffic gets an above average welcome in releasing centres, even there is no superstars touch. The movie starts with simple introduction of characters. All characters gets equal importance in this excellent script.
After last year's great comeback, Kunchacko Boban added his first hit of 2011 through Traffic. Emotional approaches and less dialogues with more expressions make his role a fabulous one.
Another character through out the whole film is of Sreenivasan's. Apart from earlier humour roles, he did an excellent job in Traffic as a traffic police.
Vineeth Sreenivasan's character can say as a small one, but his role become a main thread in the flick. As a film-star, Rahman clicks with his mannerism and dialogues. Asif Ali is a silent character, as a friend of Vineeth Sreenivasan, and he done his part well. Anoop Menon which became a part of last year hit movie 'Cocktail' is attaching another hit into his carrier. In Traffic, he keep cent loyalty to his role as a police officer.
Cameo appearance of legend actor Jose Prakash make a waves in theatres. Nivin Pauly also joins with a just apperance role. Saikumar, Rony, Vijayakumar were perfect with the casting .
From actress side, Remya Nambeeshan, Lena and Sandhya spend more space in the film and done their part excellent. Roma, Reena Basheer and new comer Namitha did it well.
Two songs by Mejo Joseph are perfect attachment to the movie. BGM was excellent one,which is apt for a thriller road-movie.
Can say "TRAFFIC", an excellent emotional thriller and the real hero of the film is the script. Script by Bobby & Sanjay was thrilling and pace one. And the direction by Rajesh Pillai makes the fabulous script to a superb creation.
